Consistency Checklist:

  • Pick your days to workout  (setting your intention) and share them

  • Send me your phone number with the reminder times to put on your sports bra or gym shorts! :)

  • Introduce yourself today, a goal you are comfortable sharing and your favourite training song or favourite snack - doesn't have to be healthy:) 

  • Comment on your workouts and at the end of the day or during - share how your are doing here so our community can support you!

Finally, if you haven't contacted me about joining fire me a message & you can get started - all you need is the membership!

What will May Look Like???

Well awesome of course! Though to give you a bit more of an outline, I want to share! Read ALL the way through as you need to know how to enter for prizes!!! 

Week One- get familiar with the platform - simply start showing up on the days you set your intention, (I get my Phoenix clients to do a similar process at the beginning!) COMMENT in this chat how your daily workout was - then the team can support you!

SUPPORT SUPPORT ENCOURAGE.... when you do your post go in and see what the crew has done and encourage and support them! Be the light you wish to see 💝!
