Let's touch on Internal Dialogue. First internal dialogue is how you speak to yourself. I challenge you today to spend the day inside your head listening to your dialogue to yourself. When you do a workout do you put yourself down or do you build yourself up?

I have spent years working on mine, I used to call myself a loser, a terrible mom.... until I decided to cheer for myself instead.  Share with you what the roommate in your head is talking about!!

Mine is all the years I got cold toast but the biggest smiles from my 3 now grown babies and my mom well is one of my best friends and I am forever grateful for her and the time I get to spend with her!

  • Send me your phone number with the reminder times to put on your sports bra or gym shorts! :)

  • Introduce yourself today, a goal you are comfortable sharing and your favourite training song or favourite snack - doesn't have to be healthy:) 

  • Comment on your workouts and at the end of the day or during - share how your are doing here so our community can support you!
